HUBO Restaurant Gift Voucher Regulations
I. Preliminary Information
These Regulations define the general conditions for issuing, rules, and the manner of using vouchers for HUBO restaurant.
II. Definitions
1. HUBO Voucher - a voucher issued to the holder, sold at HUBO Restaurant, entitling the Holder to make reservations at HUBO Restaurant and to pay for the services offered at the HUBO restaurant outlet.
2. HUBO Restaurant Outlet - HUBO Restaurant or Conference Center.
3. Conference Center - one of the outlets of HUBO Restaurant - a place for organizing training, business meetings, family events, banquets, and similar events.
4. Purchaser - an individual making the purchase of the HUBO Voucher at HUBO Restaurant.
5. Holder - the person redeeming the HUBO Voucher.
6. Regulations - means these Regulations.
7. HUBO Restaurant - HUBO restaurant offering gastronomic services. The restaurant is located at Antoni Tabaki Street 1 in Swarzędz.
8. Services - products and services offered for sale at HUBO Restaurant that can be subject to a transaction using the HUBO Voucher.
9. Issuer - means CLIP HOTEL limited liability company with its registered office in Jasin (62-020), Rabowicka 65 Street, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7773261858, National Official Business Register (REGON): 364275870.
III. General Conditions
1. The Issuer offers HUBO Vouchers for purchase at HUBO Restaurant in the amounts of 50.00 PLN, 100.00 PLN, 150.00 PLN, 200.00 PLN, or another amount (prices include 23% VAT). The Purchaser pays the corresponding nominal value of the HUBO Voucher for each HUBO Voucher.
2. The value of HUBO Vouchers and their designs are published for informational purposes on the website www.hubo.com.pl. The purchase is only possible in person at HUBO Restaurant.
3. The Purchaser undertakes to pay the Issuer the price equal to the nominal value of the HUBO Voucher.
4. The Issuer undertakes to provide the Purchaser with the HUBO Voucher and to accept payments made using the Voucher for the Services purchased by the Holder.
5. HUBO Vouchers can only be used to purchase Services at HUBO Restaurant and the Conference Center.
6. HUBO Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash (in whole or in part) and are non-refundable.
7. The validity period of the HUBO Voucher is not less than 3 months from the date of sale, in accordance with the date indicated on the HUBO Voucher document. Failure to use the HUBO Voucher within the specified period results in the Voucher becoming invalid and does not entitle the Holder to make any claims against the Issuer in this regard.
8. The issuance of the HUBO Voucher does not constitute a taxable sale under the Value Added Tax (VAT) according to applicable tax laws. A sales document is issued at the time of purchasing goods.
IV. Redemption of the HUBO Voucher
1. The Holder of the HUBO Voucher has the right to redeem it according to the following rules:
a. The HUBO Voucher serves as a means of payment for Services received at HUBO Restaurant and the Conference Center.
b. The Holder of the HUBO Voucher can use the amount specified on the Gift Certificate for a one-time purchase of Services.
c. In case of purchasing Services of a value lower than the value of the HUBO Voucher, the Holder is not entitled to a refund of the remaining, unused amount, nor can it be used at a later time (one-time use of the HUBO Voucher).
d. In case of purchasing Services of a value higher than the value of the HUBO Voucher, the Holder is required to pay the difference.
e. The Voucher has a validity period, after which it becomes invalid. The validity period of the HUBO Voucher does not change. After the expiration of the HUBO Voucher's validity period, it cannot be used for payment.
f. The Issuer is not responsible for the loss or damage of the HUBO Voucher by the Purchaser or the Holder. In such cases, duplicates will not be issued.
g. The Issuer securely protects and records the issued HUBO Vouchers. Services will not be provided in exchange for the HUBO Voucher if the presented HUBO Voucher is not authentic, has already been used to purchase Services, or if its condition prevents the verification of its authenticity.
V. Complaints
All complaints related to the purchase of Services using the HUBO Voucher will be handled by the Issuer.
VI. Final Provisions
1. The Purchaser is obligated to inform the Holder about the conditions for redeeming the HUBO Voucher.
2. The content of these Regulations is available at HUBO Restaurant and on the restaurant's website www.hubo.com.pl.
3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws apply.
